At Nolina, a close-knit family business from Woubrugge, everything revolves around craftsmanship and the long term. The lines are short and the steps are big, exactly the way we work ourselves.”

They often take the initiative for designs themselves, but JBB always adds practical value. “I present a design to Aad, and he immediately looks: 'That color doesn't work on a cover' or 'The pictograms are not clearly visible.' That eye for detail is incredibly important.”

In horticulture, it is common for packaging to suddenly need to be adjusted, for example due to a customer request or a new layout. This is where JBB excels, says Steef: “'No way, no way' is their mentality. That makes them so reliable. They respond perfectly to unexpected situations.”

After years of working together, JBB obviously feels very familiar. “The contact is low-threshold, you get a quick answer, and it doesn’t go over five disks. They are all just nice people who take their work seriously. That works very well,” Steef concludes.
